Stanley House Hotel & Spa in Mellor, Lancashire, invites an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our food and beverage operation, drive guest experiences and develop a high-performing team across the restaurant and bar.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, set service standards, collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams, and drive commercial success while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

The Opportunity

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team engagement and efficient service delivery.

You'll lead and develop your team, oversee operational standards and work closely with kitchen and hotel teams to maximise guest satisfaction and commercial performance.

Your role will be central to creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring both outlets operate effectively and achieve their objectives.
