The Cura Kensington, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, seeks an ambitious Restaurant Manager for Kenny’s Restaurant & Bar in West London. You will lead day-to-day operations, inspire the F&B team and partner with the Executive Chef to deliver a memorable, lifestyle-led dining experience.

Competitive salary £42,000–£45,000 based on experience, plus a performance-based bonus and excellent benefits. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Passionate about food, drink, hospitality and lifestyle experiences.
• Commercially minded with strong restaurant and bar operations understanding.
• Confident leader who inspires, coaches and develops a team.
• Hands-on, with ability to lead from the front during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day Kenny’s Restaurant & Bar operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team to high performance.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, service and guest experience.
• Drive revenue, upselling and departmental performance.
• Work with Executive Chef to deliver exciting, commercial offerings.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuous service improvements.
