• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Coach front of house to deliver standout, feel-good hospitality daily.
• Support team development with constructive feedback and keep team spirit high.
• Take ownership of curb appeal, safety, and standards.
• Monitor performance with GM, manage financials, and track service metrics.
