Burger King - The Venue, Bristol invites an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant. You’ll work with the Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, drive results and uphold standards, while building a team proud of their work.

You’ll be hands-on, energetic and guest-focused, coaching your crew, managing costs, and fostering an inclusive culture. This is a launchpad for career progression within a growing business.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.
