Burger King Lakeside Shopping Centre is hiring an Assistant Manager to drive guest experiences, lead shifts and uphold high standards in a fast‑paced environment. You will support the Restaurant Manager with sales, costs and performance, coach your team and foster a positive, inclusive culture where everyone can grow.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.

This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role where no two days are the same. You’ll be right in the action, leading shifts, supporting your crew and making sure every guest leaves happy.
