Job summary

Burger King - Carlisle is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the restaurant with the Restaurant Manager, owning shifts, driving sales and improving guest satisfaction. You’ll lead a fast‑paced team, set high standards and ensure a positive, energetic environment for staff and customers alike.

You’ll manage performance, costs and operations while developing teammates, maintaining superior service, and promoting a culture where people enjoy coming to work.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.
