What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food
2. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
3. Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality
4. Train and motivate team members to achieve their best
5. Manage stock control and ensure operational efficiency
6. Step up and take charge in the absence of the Head Chef
