We are currently recruiting for a full time Bartender at Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa is located in Nantwich the hotel is one of the most renowned country house hotels in Cheshire. Expertly blending old-world charm with modern amenities. This stunning award-winning property is proud to boast 4 AA Red Star status and several notable accolades for its dining.

• The role of a Bartender involves assisting the team in ensuring delivery of the bar operations to Hand Picked Hotels standards ensuring high standards of presentation are always maintained.
• Responsible for preparing, creating and serving a variety of bar snacks and beverages. Always seeking opportunities of creativity and upselling.
• You will be expected to be able to hold a good level of knowledge regarding food/drink menu items and availability across all areas including the bar and restaurant.
• Working towards the achievement of departmental goals, contributing ideas and being open to trying new ways of working. Take personal ownership, operating within role parameters.
• As the Bartender, you will be expected to communicate and delegate in line with business levels and events within the hotel.
• Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
  
  

About You

• To be considered for this role you will have previous bartending experience, including mixology, within a quality driven environment.
• You will be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities. Adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the hotel as business and guest needs dictate.
• Having a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
• It is essential you can demonstrate how you would be able to deliver our guest experience standards at Hand Picked Hotels, which includes the ability to go above and beyond to ensure guests have a high-quality, personalised, and magical experience that they remember, recommend, and return to time and time again.

• A competitive salary package of £14.32 per hour plus a share of service charge.
• This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekend on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
• Staff live-in accommodation is available for £69.93 per week inclusive of meals and bills.
