Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Selly Oak, Birmingham. You’ll work alongside the Patrão to drive the restaurant’s business strategy, deliver strong results, and uphold safety and compliance standards, while motivating your team to excel in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, using data to boost sales, and delivering a consistently outstanding PERi-PERi customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
