Nando's Salisbury is hiring an Assistant General Manager to work with the Patrão, steer the restaurant's strategy, manage P&L, safeguard compliance and safety, and motivate the team every day.

You'll lead from the front, use performance data to grow sales and profitability, balance budgets and forecasts, and ensure outstanding PERi-PERi service across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

The role includes a three-month training plan and opportunities for career progression.
