Job Details:

• Responsible Individual/Operations Manager
• Children's Residential Care Homes
• Overseeing the management of 4 OFSTED-regulated residential care homes
• Registering as the Responsible Individual with OFSTED for these homes
• Locations in Lancashire: Blackpool & Preston
• All homes are operational and serve young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Line management of home managers; ensuring safety, effectiveness, and OFSTED compliance
• Providing support on safeguarding, budgeting, recruitment, and staff management
• Collaborating with senior management to meet company standards
• Office based in Blackpool, with travel between homes

Salary and Requirements:

• Salary up to £90,000
• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• Experience as a Responsible Individual
• Valid driving licence
