Job Details:

  • Responsible Individual / Operations Manager
  • Joining a well-established organisation that specialises in support and care for children and people within residential care homes
  • Becoming an RI over 7 children's homes that support children with LD, Autism and EBD
  • All homes have GOOD or above OFSTED ratings
  • Homes are based between Ormskirk, St Helens and Wigan.
  • Line Managing the Registered Managers of all the homes
  • Ensure all homes meet OFSTED and company standards
  • Lead on referrals
  • Lead on recruitment
  • Lead on safeguarding leads
  • Lead on budget management
  • Report into the company directors
  • Head office is based in Widnes, working between sites and homes


Contract Details:

  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • £60,000 - £85,000
  • + Bonuses


Requirements Details:

  • Level 5 in leadership and management
  • Experience as an RI and multi-site management
  • Driving Licence
