Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee the development and operation of high-spec children’s homes in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire. The role centers on delivering exceptional care standards and supporting the organisation’s growth ambitions.

You will lead staff across multiple homes, ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and drive plans to open new homes while securing local authority contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff across multiple children's homes or similar settings.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS Check and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification in children’s care.
• Proven experience managing children’s homes or similar settings.
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and Full UK Driving Licence.
