Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a seasoned Responsible AI and AI Governance professional to help clients adopt AI at scale with governance, risk, and regulatory compliance. You will lead enterprise AI governance design, establish governance platforms, and work with C-suite stakeholders to embed practical controls and lifecycle governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting, banking, technology risk, governance, or regulatory experience.
• Proven experience delivering transformation programmes.
• Experience designing and implementing AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and emerging Agentic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI governance frameworks aligned to regulatory expectations and industry best practice.
• Establish AI Governance Offices and target operating models.
• Design governance processes covering ideation, experimentation, approval, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
• Develop governance artefacts including policies, standards, control frameworks, procedures, and risk taxonomies.
• Support clients in defining governance structures, ownership models, and accountability across the three lines of defence.
