Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Strategy and AI leader to drive AI risk governance and assurance across enterprise-scale transformations. You will lead engagements from strategy to execution, embedding risk management and regulatory considerations into AI-enabled business models.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, data science, security and legal teams to ensure responsible AI deployment while advancing the growth of Capgemini Invent’s AI Strategy practice.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing and assuring risks associated with AI systems, including model performance, transparency, explainability, accountability, privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
• Experience embedding governance, risk management and assurance activities across the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from use case selection through deployment and monitoring.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into practical, risk-based recommendations for technical, operational and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance AI assurance frameworks addressing AI-specific risks across the lifecycle.
• Lead AI risk, impact, and control assessments in high-risk or regulated environments.
• Integrate AI risk management across the AI lifecycle with product, engineering, data science, security and legal teams.
• Define requirements for ongoing monitoring, performance validation, drift detection, incident management, and post-deployment assurance.
