In this role we will give you a full training package to upskill you to provide quality care across all our services in the West Cornwall area. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills for working in this fast-paced environment.

The team will be a skilled and experienced workforce that provides consistency, continuity and quality of care. You’ll work across West Cornwall. Rostering will include one on call week in four, where you will work closely with our on call managers to cover shifts.

A full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is needed for this role.

• Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (15.16 p/h. This rate includes an enhancement of 20% for the role. The standard Support Worker rate of £12.64 – £12.92 will apply when not working in the Response Team))
