Job summary

Brandon Trust’s Response Team is seeking a dedicated Response Team Support Worker to help ensure continuity of care across Bristol and North Somerset. You’ll be the first on scene to cover planned absence, annual leave, training, or unexpected staffing gaps.

This full-time driver role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. You’ll work across multiple services, support autistic people and those with learning disabilities, and benefit from training, development, and mileage

Qualifications

Salary: £15.25 per hour for contractual hours (37.5 hours per week) + 45p per mile for travel.

Location: Bristol and North Somerset

Contract: Full-timeDriver: Essential

Flexibility: Required to work across multiple services, locations and shift patterns[LC1]

Shift patterns can include: Early and late shifts, long days as well as sleep in and waking nights.

About the role

Our Response Team plays a vital role in supporting Brandon Trust homes across the regions.

You'll work across a variety of care homes, supported living and community-based services, building experience with different teams, individuals, and support environments.
