Job summary

Enable Scotland is recruiting a Childcare Practitioner for Stevenston to work on dayshifts. The role supports children and young people aged 5–18 with additional support needs across Roslin House, providing short breaks and specialist activities.

Shifts run between 7:30am and 9:30pm, with 16 or 24 hour contracts, and a chance to make a meaningful difference every day. You will be part of an award-winning charity that funds staff development, offers health benefits and funding for SVQ

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people to enjoy meaningful activities, build relationships and achieve personal outcomes
• Assist with communication, personal care, sensory activities and celebrations of achievements
• Provide safe, enjoyable short breaks and access to community activities
