Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current registration.
• Strong communication, IT skills, compassion and teamwork.
• Experience and suitability for the role based on NHS standards.

• Deliver high quality direct patient care
• Follow admission/transfer/discharge processes
• Maintain a safe environment

• Care planning, implementation and evaluation
