A leading healthcare organization in Oxfordshire is seeking a passionate Band 6 Nurse/Physiotherapist for its Respiratory and Home Oxygen Service. This full-time role involves providing specialist respiratory care, managing patients with chronic conditions, and supporting their self-management. The successful candidate will engage in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, enhance patients' quality of life, and take part in tailored learning opportunities. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare is expected.
You will work in a variety of settings including hospital in-reach, outpatient clinics, patients' homes, and group rehabilitation venues. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and clinical responsibility, supported by strong professional leadership and opportunities for ongoing development.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for respiratory care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across health and social care boundaries. Experience in respiratory nursing/physiotherapy is desirable, although training and support will be provided for the right candidates. Please note this is a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
