Responsibilities

• Manage and review asthma and COPD following national guidelines.
• Conduct annual respiratory reviews and create personalised care plans.
• Perform and interpret spirometry where qualified.
• Optimise inhaler therapy and medications.
• Support QOF targets achievement.
• Educate patients to self-manage respiratory conditions.
• Collaborate with community teams and secondary care specialists.
