• Ability to coordinate resource allocation with attention to deadlines, accuracy and data quality.
• Strong communication skills across managers, teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning and resource allocation in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers, engagement teams and HR to align assignments with skills and availability.
• Maintain records of capacity, bookings, and availability; identify scheduling conflicts and utilitisation gaps.
• Prepare reports on utilisation, availability and resourcing trends for planning.
• Assist with resourcing queries and escalate complex issues to the Resourcing Manager.
