Job summary

Arm is seeking a Resourcing & Scheduling Co-ordinator on a contract basis. The role supports operational services by coordinating resources, managing schedules and ensuring teams have the right information to deliver services.

Hybrid working with occasional meetings in Devizes or Wareham. Salary £20.57 per hour umbrella, inside IR35, 37 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Contract until November 2026 with potential to extend; experience with planning and GDPR/data management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational environment with conflicting priorities.
• Strong administration, organisation and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital databases.
• Ability to analyse information, solve problems and make practical decisions.
• Proactive approach and willingness to challenge processes and improve.
• Experience managing records and working to compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operational diaries to plan resources, skills and workloads.
• Own allocated schedules and support the wider team as needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities to meet business objectives and operational needs.
• Collaborate with customers, colleagues, contractors and suppliers to build relationships.
• Handle enquiries, issues and complaints and provide practical solutions.
• Provide technical and administrative support to operational teams.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant digital and paper records and data management.
• Support planned programmes and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
• Process requests for adaptations and provide guidance to customers.
• Assist Finance with budget-related processes and reports.
• Maintain health and safety records including risk assessments and PPE records.
