The Care Quality Commission is seeking a Resourcing Manager to lead recruitment and onboarding efforts within their People Directorate. This role involves developing strategies to attract top talent and managing a team to ensure compliance and efficiency in hiring processes. Grade A - £52,737 (National Framework) or £58,409 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home
Contracted Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

You’ll play a key role in the organisation by:
Overseeing recruitment and onboarding: Managing all aspects of recruitment and onboarding for CQC’s permanent workforce, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Developing resourcing strategies: Creating and implementing innovative recruitment practices to maintain a competitive advantage and support CQC’s employer brand.
Managing team performance: Leading a team of people professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for in your application:
HR management experience: Proven experience in managing HR or recruitment teams, including delivering sound advice and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Strategic planning: Ability to develop and implement resourcing strategies that align with organisational goals and workforce plans.
Compliance knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
