Qualifications

• Experience operating as a manager in a high-performing resourcing team.
• Experience working with remote delivery centres.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Resource Managers and BU leadership to manage offshoring volume.
• Provide strategic workforce planning advice to leadership.
• Refine X-Tax processes and develop Engagement Architecture proposition.
