Job summary

Cloudscaler is a rapidly growing cloud consultancy with offices in Central London. This role owns day-to-day matching of people to client work, builds a pool of trusted associates, and drives a faster, fairer resourcing process with AI-first approaches.

You will report to the Chief Consulting Officer and collaborate with Engagement Managers, Delivery Managers, Engine Room, and People operations. This is a build role shaping the process and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in resource management, staffing, and delivery operations in consultancy, professional services, or technology environments.
• Experience building or managing an associate, contractor, or freelance network is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable balancing billable utilization with people development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Own resource assignments across enterprise and growth client engagements.
• Build and manage a pool of trusted associates for flexible capacity.
• Oversee onboarding, quality assurance, engagement, and offboarding of associates.
• Maintain accurate records, availability, rates, and compliance for associates.
• Work with commercial and People ops on contractual and compliance frameworks for associates.
