Nottingham Trent University seeks a Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment across the Resourcing and Compliance team within People Services. You will guide candidates and stakeholders through the recruitment journey and handle onboarding activities.

Part time/Permanent - 29.6 hours per week
As a Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Assistant, you'll be involved in a wide range of activities across the Resourcing and Compliance team, as well as the wider People Services department. The team delivers a professional, proactive and customer-focused service, supporting the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of talent to help achieve NTU's strategic objectives.
You'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, providing support and guidance to candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders throughout each stage of the recruitment journey.
You'll become a subject matter expert in our Applicant Tracking System (Jobtrain), supporting recruitment activity and facilitating the offer process and welcome experience for new colleagues joining NTU.
Working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, you'll help identify staffing needs and support the delivery of efficient and effective recruitment approaches. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to team and department-wide projects, helping to shape and improve our services and processes.
