The University of Bradford is seeking a proactive Resourcing Administrator for a six-month secondment within the Resourcing team of the Directorate of People and Culture. This permanent role is available to internal applicants only and offers a valuable chance to develop experience in Recruitment and Temporary Staffing.
You will provide administrative support, liaise with Payroll and hiring managers, and help cross-cover across recruitment activities.

Working as part of the Resourcing team, you will provide administrative support across a range of recruitment activities and work closely with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be organised, approachable and confident, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in recruitment or People Services is not essential. We welcome applications from colleagues who can demonstrate strong administrative, organisational and communication skills and who are interested in developing their experience of People Services.
