Job summary

Profiles Creative is seeking a proactive Creative Resource Manager to join a fast-paced agency in London. You will coordinate workloads, schedules, and freelance resource across client services, studio, and production teams, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

You will build relationships with internal teams and external partners, produce capacity reports, and support delivery with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Hybrid working available.

Responsibilities

• Manage workloads, schedules, and resource allocation across internal teams and freelance contractors.
• Maintain visibility across all live and upcoming projects, ensuring delivery milestones are on track.
• Coordinate bookings for freelancers, suppliers, and talent on a global scale.
• Support project delivery to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and production partners.
• Produce regular reports on resource utilisation and team capacity.
• Assist with managing incoming requests, project timelines, and changing priorities.
• Liaise with clients on schedules, timelines, and feedback where required.
• Understand individual team strengths and availability to resource projects effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and agency workflows.
