Job summary

Premier Education in Wilmslow is seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Resourcer to support our Recruitment Consultants by sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality education professionals across Primary, Secondary and Early Years. The role offers hybrid working, two days from home and three days in the Wilmslow office, with generous annual leave and commission opportunities.

• Working closely with consultants to fill vacancies quickly and effectively.
• Maintaining candidate records and compliance information.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants by sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality education professionals across Primary, Secondary and Early Years.

Working in a busy, fast-paced environment, you'll help ensure we have the right candidates available to meet the needs of our schools.

Your responsibilities will include:

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you'll already be working as a Resourcer within an education recruitment agency, with a good understanding of the sector and the demands of temporary staffing.

You’ll be proactive, organised, commercially minded and confident on the phone. You’ll enjoy working towards targets, building relationships and taking ownership of your work.

We're a smaller, close-knit team, so we need someone who is hands‑on, collaborative and keen to make a genuine difference.
