Job summary

FIND Medical, Fareham, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will drive new business by prospecting employers, mapping the market, and building lasting client relationships, while owning the end-to-end recruitment process.

You’ll thrive on a sales mindset, have the confidence to engage decision makers, and demonstrate discipline in developing opportunities. Experience in medical recruitment is welcome but not required.

The FIND playbook

We are a playbook business, not a 'figure it out yourself' business. From day one, you'll be coached on our go-to-market approach: how to map a market, identify the right people, start commercial conversations, build pipeline and turn activity into results. You'll learn the FIND playbook, receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and take part in monthly business development coaching with our Managing Director.

We'll give you structure, technology and coaching. You'll bring the commitment to use them. We celebrate results, but we also care about how they're achieved.
