Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is looking for a Talent Partner / Resourcer in Fareham. You’ll build and nurture a network of STEM education and technical training talent, proactively engaging candidates and aligning them with client opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with consultants to deliver with pace and accuracy, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll thrive with energy, curiosity and empathy, and you’ll be measured by the quality of your networks and commitments.

• Build and maintain a network of teaching, training and technical education talent.

• Find and engage hard-to-reach candidates, not just the people already applying.
• Work closely with our consultants to deliver on client commitments, with pace, accuracy and care.
• Learn to qualify properly, manage expectations and create an outstanding candidate experience.
