Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a Talent Partner / Resourcer in Fareham to build a strong network of STEM teaching, training and technical education talent. You will connect with candidates, understand their motivations, and match them with meaningful opportunities.

You will collaborate with consultants to fulfill client commitments with speed, accuracy and care, while learning effective qualification and candidate engagement techniques in a growing agency setting.

• Learn to qualify properly, manage expectations and create an outstanding candidate experience.
