Opportunity: Resource Planning Analyst
Due to an internal transfer, we have an opening for a Resource Planning Analyst in the Resource Planning Team. This role is crucial for optimizing our contact centres by managing staff schedules across our brands and locations.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize Workforce Management and Telephony Systems (Genesys) for accurate reporting and staff scheduling.
- Manage absences and activities.
- Analyze schedule efficiency and collaborate on offline activities and workloads to ensure optimal solutions.
- Conduct review meetings to communicate scheduling plans to the Head of Planning and Planning Manager.
- Participate in scheduling meetings with contact centre managers.
- Maintain the Workforce Optimization (WFO) estate.
- Manage the Resource Planning inbox.
- Produce ad-hoc reports as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in IT, with strong skills in Excel and other MS Office applications, as well as in-house systems.
- Previous experience in planning or scheduling roles, or a good understanding of Workforce Management systems, is desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Numerate with good time management skills.
