Zusammenfassung

Slaughter and May is recruiting a Resource Management Executive to support day-to-day work allocation and optimise utilisation across its three practice groups. The role collaborates with partners, associates and trainees to deploy lawyers efficiently while balancing experience, capacity, and client needs.

The RME will assist in workforce planning, absence tracking and regular reporting, contributing to a proactive resourcing strategy within a leading law firm.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in administrative, coordination or resource planning roles.
• Experience in legal or professional services sector preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication, discretion and tact.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support day-to-day work.

Aufgaben

• Develop trusted relationships with partners, associates and trainees.
• Manage work allocation of junior lawyers for timely deployment.
• Identify resourcing risks and escalate to Resource Manager as appropriate.
• Support reporting on utilisation, capacity and future resource requirements.
• Maintain group absence trackers and manage leave approvals.
• Contribute to workforce planning aligning with business needs and client requirements.
