The Practice consists of 19 partners and over 60 associates across four main practice sub-streams: Loans, Debt Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Securitisations and Structured Finance. • Develop strong working and trusted relationships with our partners and associates to foster collaboration and gain an understanding of both practice and individual resourcing needs.

• Proactively identify risks associated with resource shortages or imbalances and develop mitigation strategies to address those challenges.

• Provide clear and regular utilisation and projected capacity reports and your analysis of them.

• Anticipate and resolve resource allocation conflicts, balancing competing priorities and ensuring efficient management.

• Continuously assess and refine workflows, recommending strategies to optimise resource utilisation and improve efficiency.
