Who we're looking for
Essential:
• Excellent planning skills, familiar with project management techniques and applications
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in both the operations and business support functions
• High tolerance for ambiguity and changing priorities and the ability to plan for contingencies and manage conflicting stakeholder priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to consult with wide range of people at different levels
• Must have strong IT Skills, literate in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
• Proven ability to effectively allocate and manage resources to meet short and long term resource plans, with the ability to leverage resources to address business challenges
Desirable:
• Experienced in resource planning across a multi discipline environment, ideally within the power transmission industry.
