AKQA Media seeks a Resource Manager to lead the internal talent pool and promote efficiency across studios. This role involves project management, driving best practices, and identifying freelance needs in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have experience within a Digital or Creative agency and strong communication and negotiation skills.
