Job summary

Havas London is transforming the way it plans, manages and deploys resource across the agency. We’re seeking a Resource Director who will design, implement and lead a modern resourcing function with real-time visibility of capacity, utilisation and skills.

You’ll lead day-to-day resource management across Creative, Design and Production, building a staffing model that blends permanent and freelance talent to scale with client demand.

Qualifications

• Significant resource management leadership experience within a creative/advertising/design/branding agency.
• Proven track record of transforming resourcing functions.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and required skillsets at different levels.
• Experience managing both permanent and freelance talent models.
• Demonstrable experience improving resource management systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource strategy, transformation and governance across Creative, Design and Production teams.
• Own day-to-day resource management and ensure accurate alignment with project requirements and budgets.
• Maintain visibility of capacity, utilisation and skills; forecast demand and freelance spend.
• Build and maintain a high-quality freelance network; establish rate framework and onboarding.
