Qualifications

• Experience supporting children's learning in the classroom, small groups or 1:1 interventions.
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children to promote confidence and independence.
• Patient, nurturing approach with flexible support for individual learning and communication needs.
• Understanding of, or willingness to develop knowledge of, ASC and related communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and small-group support to help children access learning objectives.
• Support inclusive practices and positive behaviour, reinforcing emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.
