Job summary

Kent Police and Essex Police are seeking a Performance Analyst to support the RAM capability by using data, statistics and analytical techniques. The role focuses on aligning resources with operational demand and delivering insights to senior leaders.

You will produce dashboards, extract and validate data, and contribute to modelling approaches. The role offers flexibility between office-based and home-based working, with a requirement for a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge demonstrated in qualifications and/or practice.
• Ability to create dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytical work including data extraction and validation.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality analytical products, dashboards, reports and visualisations for strategic and operational decision making.
• Extract, cleanse, validate and analyse data from multiple sources for robust outputs.
• Support development and maintenance of Resource Allocation Modelling tool.
• Analyse workforce, demand and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
