Job summary

Champneys Head Office is seeking a Resort Revenue Manager to lead pricing, yield and reporting across three wellness resorts. You will analyse market data, optimise room revenue, and provide actionable guidance to General Managers and senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with PMS, RMS, and channel management, and the ability to collaborate across Reservations, Front Office, Spa and F&B. It is an on-site role with travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Revenue management experience in hotels/resorts/multi-site hospitality.
• Clear understanding of rooms and package optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action.
• Hands-on with PMS, channel manager, rate shopper, and RMS.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy for rooms and packages by resort and season; deploy yield management to maximise RevPAR and TRevPAR.
• Analyse booking curves, demand drivers, pick-up and pace; recommend actions by lead time and channel.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports with insights for GMs and SLT.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OTA merchandising and ranking mechanics to maximise organic placement.
• Monitor distribution costs and shift mix towards direct channels when profitable.
• Lead weekly revenue meetings with Resort GMs and collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, Spa, and F&B.
