Job summary

Champneys Head Office seeks a Resort Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue and profit across three Wellness Resorts. You will lead pricing strategy, forecast performance and provide guidance to GMs and central teams.

Success requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with Reservations, Spa, F&B and Finance, plus hands-on use of PMS, channel management and BI dashboards to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-property revenue management within hotels/resorts.
• Strong pricing, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy for rooms and packages by resort and season.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly forecasts and contribute to budgets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing for actionable tactics.
• Lead revenue meetings with General Managers and collaborate with F&B, Reservations, Spa.
• Design and refine reports/dashboards showing key KPIs for decision making.
