Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment on resort, attracting and hiring the right people aligned with our values. The role involves advising hiring managers, direct sourcing, and managing the ATS to support a compliant, fair process.

You will drive candidate experience, promote the Butlin's employer brand, and contribute to projects on talent pipelines and careers pages. Based on resort with no live-in accommodation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of end-to-end recruitment across volume and specialist roles.
• Excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrable experience of direct sourcing using LinkedIn and other CV databases.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in running group recruitment events and one-to-one interviews.
• Ability to offer guidance and advice to leaders and be a critical friend in decision making.
• Experience in challenging recruitment climates and sourcing hard-to-find talent.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to hired status.
• Draft and post job adverts on Pinpoint and ensure these are advertised appropriately.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and group recruitment sessions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other CV databases.
• Provide hiring managers with advice on selection methods and interview best practice.
• Issue offer letters and ensure candidates have all information for their first day.
• Maintain accurate records on the ATS and ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
• Support audits and reporting requirements, including time-to-hire and diversity data.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of recruitment processes and policies.
• Support wider People Team projects such as talent pipelines and careers pages.
