Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment on resort sites. You will manage the full cycle from vacancy approval to hire, draft adverts, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews and group sessions.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience across volume and specialist roles.
• Excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn and CV databases.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience running group recruitment events and one-to-one interviews.
• Ability to advise leaders and act as a critical friend in decision making.
• Experience in challenging recruitment climates and sourcing hard-to-find talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to hire.
• Draft and post adverts on Pinpoint and ensure proper advertising.
• Screen applications, shortlist, coordinate interviews and group sessions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and CV databases.
• Advise hiring managers on selection methods and interview best practice.
