Moness Resort in Aberfeldy is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to uphold our high standards of cleanliness across cottages, hotel bedrooms, and front-of-house areas. You will work in a close-knit team, delivering a warm, professional service seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel environment preferred.
• Good people skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, professional service and work well within a team.
• Maintain immaculately clean and well-presented areas across hotel rooms, cottages and front-of-house spaces.
• Assist with laundry duties and cleaning tasks in all areas; undertake deep cleans as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Respond to guest requests and feedback promptly while respecting privacy and ensuring security of guest accommodation.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.
