Prysmian Group is recruiting for a Resin Setter in Wrexham. The role reports to the Area Manager and operates on a 3-shift roster, Monday to Friday. You will blend materials, set and run resin processes, monitor quality, and manage batches in a busy manufacturing environment.

Full training is provided; Prysmian offers a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, healthcare, pension, and employee share options. This position is based at our Wrexham site with parking available.

Competenze

• Experience in Resin manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
• Self-starter, positive attitude, flexible and prepared to take the initiative.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic IT literacy; Excel knowledge advantageous, but not essential.
• SAP knowledge advantageous, but not essential.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Previous shift work experience desired.
• Good level of dexterity and a mechanical mind-set.
• Flexible and willing, with a can-do attitude.

• All aspects of Setting and Operating within the Resin Department including; Machine set-up (Form Fill & Seal Machines).
