Job summary

Recruit4staff is representing a leading global manufacturing business in their search for a Process Technician to work in Wrexham. You will support vial filling, lyophilisation, and vial capping operations in a New Products facility.

The role requires operating manufacturing equipment, supporting validation activities, and writing procedures in line with GMP and QA standards; the successful candidate will help maintain site readiness and contribute to new product manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment such as Pharmaceutical, Food, or Chemical production.
• Ability to follow GMP, quality assurance, and regulatory procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.

Recruit4staff are representing a leading global manufacturing business in their search for a Process Technician to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

• Pay: £15.87 per hour, including shift allowance (9% shift allowance included)
• Hours of Work: Core hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Annualised hours contract requiring flexibility.
• This role will move to a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern and will subsequently progress to a 4-on, 4-off days and nights rotation with 12.25-hour shifts and a 1-hour unpaid break.
• Duration: Temporary (Temporary ongoing with a view to becoming permanent)

Job Role:

As a Process Technician, you will be based within the New Products facility supporting vial filling, lyophilisation, and vial capping operations. The Process Technician will operate manufacturing equipment, support validation activities, write and maintain procedures, and ensure all work is completed in accordance with GMP, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. The successful Process Technician will also help maintain site readiness and support new product manufacturing activities.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment such as Pharmaceutical, Food, or Chemical production OR a degree in a science-related subject
• Ability to follow GMP, quality assurance, and regulatory procedures
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Degree educated in a science-related discipline
• Experience with validation documentation and procedure writing
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
