Job summary

Walsall Council is seeking a Customer Change Agent on a 2-year fixed-term contract to lead and monitor resilience provisions funded through the Crisis and Resilience Fund. You will work with voluntary organisations and partners to expand provision, monitor demand and ensure activity is evidence-led and aligned to outcomes.

You will also help strengthen financial inclusion by using data and resident feedback to identify gaps and improve access, delivering joined-up support across Walsall.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Coordinate Resilience Provision: plan, deliver and monitor Crisis and Resilience Fund activity with partners.
• Monitor Demand, Performance and Outcomes: analyse MI, demand levels, KPIs and outcomes to inform decisions.
• Strengthen Financial Inclusion: improve access to advice, signposting, debt management and income maximisation.
• Support Grant and Provider Management: ensure activities meet grant agreements and milestones.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: use data and feedback to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Build Effective Partnerships: work with council teams, voluntary organisations and providers to improve delivery across residents.
