Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking two Crisis and Resilience Fund Officers to join the Community Partnerships Service and drive delivery of the CRF across the county. You will allocate and monitor funding, build relationships with funded organisations and partners, and ensure governance and performance reporting.

Role involves coordinating grant schemes, managing agreements, and advising voluntary groups while supporting financial resilience initiatives and local responses to hardship.

Qualifications

• Experience of partnership working, grants or funding programmes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage relationships.
• Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences, including public sector partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key elements of Warwickshire’s Crisis and Resilience Fund programme.
• Develop and manage relationships with funded organisations and partners.
• Support development and management of grant funding agreements.
• Coordinate the CRF Community Grant Scheme processes (application, assessment, monitoring).
• Monitor delivery, outcomes and compliance; contribute to reporting.
• Provide advice to voluntary and community organisations and Council colleagues.
